Pick-ups & Deliveries

Pick-ups and deliveries are available upon request. Fees are applied and it must be specified during checkout or orders will be shipped to the address noted.



Payment & Shipping

After payment is received and verified, we require 3-5 business days to process local orders. If an order is shipped to any state other than Chicago, we require 5-7 business days after the day of purchase to ship orders. We ship via USPS Monday through Friday.



Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges are welcome and limited to size changes only.
